Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid plans on Homelyf Solutions.
1. Free services
Posting a basic property listing, browsing and contacting listed owners/agents is free and not subject to refunds.
2. Paid subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee: first-time subscribers to Basic, Premium or Pro plans can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, if no featured/verified credit has been consumed.
- Monthly plans: after the 7-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current cycle.
- Yearly plans: after the 7-day window, a pro-rated refund is available for the unused full months, minus a 10% administrative fee, provided fewer than 25% of plan credits have been used.
3. Featured / verified listing add-ons
One-time add-ons (featured placement, verified badge, premium photography) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the listing has gone live.
4. How to request a refund
- Email billing@homelyfsolutions.in from your registered email.
- Include your order ID, plan name and reason for the request.
- We review and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice or your payment failed but money was deducted, share the bank reference and we will reconcile and refund within 5–7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
