These Terms govern your access to and use of the Homelyf Solutions website, mobile site and related services ("the Service"), operated by Homelyf Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Listings

  • You may post only properties you own or are authorised to market.
  • All information must be accurate, lawful and not infringe third-party rights.
  • We may verify, edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Photos and content you upload grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Service.

4. Prohibited use

  • Posting false, misleading, illegal, obscene or discriminatory content.
  • Scraping, reverse-engineering or interfering with the Service.
  • Contacting users for purposes other than the listing enquiry.
  • Soliciting cash payments outside the platform for any paid plan.

5. Paid plans

Paid subscriptions (Basic, Premium, Pro) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. No brokerage

Homelyf Solutions is an online marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers, tenants, owners or agents and do not guarantee the quality, legality or completion of any deal.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design and software, is owned by Homelyf Solutions and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any listing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
